Superb modern chalet, 130 sq m. magnificent views
The chalet is on the Route de Chavannes, 1400m from the centre of the village of Les Gets. It is a 15min walk to the village but The ski bus stops outside the chalet and you can get to and from the pistes on skis by a well defined track through the trees, joining the green piste down to the village just above our Gibannaz apartments.
The first time we stayed in Les Gets on a family ski holiday we stayed in a chalet near here and enjoyed the cross country trail to the slopes.
Alternatively it is a few minutes drive up the Route de Chavannes to the middle station or down to the lifts in the village..
Open plan living-room has comfortable sofa and chairs, log burning stove and dining table and chairs.
Stunning views from the south/south west facing terrace of Monts Chery, Caly and Marcelly.
The lounge area is double height, giving a light and airey feel to the room.
Large patio windows open onto the terrace, giving superb views.
Bedrooms are light and airy, with simple pine furnishings
Duvets and pillows are new and good quality
One double bedroom has an ensuite shower room with WC, and there is a second shower room with WC, as well as a separate WC on the ground floor
The two car garage has a washing machine and tumble drier
